Scientist II, in vivo Pharmacology

Seattle, WA

About InduPro

InduPro, Inc. is bringing life-changing therapies to patients through novel cell-surface platform technologies. We are defining and manipulating protein interactions beyond natural signaling paradigms. InduPro platforms integrate inherent protein proximity at the cell surface with the ability to manipulate protein pairings via induced protein proximity to create novel signaling pathways and logic gates. Our culture fosters innovation at every level.

The Opportunity

We are seeking a talented and motivated Scientist II to join our In Vivo Pharmacology research team. As an integral part of our drug discovery efforts, you will contribute to the strategy and evaluation of novel compounds using in vivo mouse models of inflammation and oncology. If you're passionate about advancing drug development, have a strong scientific background in immunology, and have hands-on experience with animal studies, we'd love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement in vivo and ex vivo models, including humanized models, to investigate the activity of novel antibody-based therapeutics in disease-relevant settings.
  • Design and execute in vivo experiments to assess drug efficacy, safety, pharmacokinetics and mechanism of action.
  • Perform dosing (oral, subcutaneous, intraperitoneal, and intravenous), blood collection, and tissue sampling in mouse models.
  • Lead ex vivo immunophenotyping and functional characterization by multiparameter flow cytometry, ELISA, and cell-based assays.
  • Analyze complex datasets, interpret results, and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including CROs.
